We are seeking a skilled Trading Operator to join a dynamic team at an Oil & Gas trading company. The Crude Operator will be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of cargo, ensuring smooth execution from loading to delivery. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in handling petroleum cargo operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full cargo operations of petroleum products, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage sales and purchase contracts in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Handle all shipping and banking documentation, including Letters of Credit (L/C), invoices, contracts, and Bills of Lading (BL).
• Coordinate insurance declarations, appoint discharge/load port agents, and manage LOI, as well as load and discharge operations.
• Assess demurrage and update the company's trading system with accurate information.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between internal teams (Operations, Commercial, Risk, Shipping, Finance, and Accounts) and ensure adherence to internal procedures.
• Liaise with trading counterparties and affiliated offices to ensure the efficient execution of tasks and timely resolution of operational issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or Marine Studies with minimum 4 years of experience in crude operations
• Experienced in handling back-to-back operations
• Strong team player, and able to work independently to deliver quality output.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
