Responsibilities:

• Provide support to establish criteria, policies, guidelines for Maintenance and Repair activity of dry & reefer unit
• Direct RHQ / Local MNR members and vendors with instruction on MNR activities for to control cost and maintain quality
• Supervise and support global cost activities
• Guide team and team leaders to enhance operational efficiency
• Assist to set organizational objectives and targets
• Conduct analysis of data on a regular basis to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement and report to HOD
• Perform regular depot audits (which includes administration and training) with the team and ensure Group policy, procedure and standards are adhered to
• Assist the HOD / team lead with strategic direction and contribute to the organization-wide strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of field Maintenance and Repair operational skills and equipment flow management understanding
• Proficient in software / IT applications
• Detailed and analytical skills
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English to communicate effectively with stakeholders and counterparts
