Lapping: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Closing: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM

• Greet customers warmly, answer enquiries, and assist with product selection
• Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products to boost sales
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and attractive displays
• Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Perform daily inventory stock counts and assist in stock ordering
• Occasionally carry heavy cartons during restocking or store operations
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales and service goals
• Support a positive and friendly store atmosphere
