ADP Analyst (Terminal Storage Optimization) (Ref: 00309)

Responsibilities:

  • Finalize the Annual Delivery Program for the terminal in line with terminal use agreements and operating procedures, optimizing terminal capacity to maximize commercial value.
  • Assess and coordinate customer requests for ADP changes, working closely with terminal users and operations teams.
  • Monitor LNG inventory levels to ensure sufficient ullage for contractual obligations before allocating to ad hoc or spot customers.
  • Consolidate vessel notifications from terminal users (e.g., vessel details, cargo specifications, and schedules) into the planning system, and manage ad hoc scheduling for services such as storage, reloading, and vessel cool-down.
  • Coordinate slot allocations with Commercial and Operations teams to safeguard contractual rights and optimize value.
  • Perform annual and ad hoc reconciliations, support revenue accounting with Business and Finance teams, and ensure data accuracy through audits.
  • Review customer credit support regularly to manage credit exposure, and provide support for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain and update Operating and Accounting Procedures and internal SOPs. Manage agreements with terminal users and surveyors, including associated invoicing.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business or related disciplines
  • Good understanding of LNG regasification terminal operations, Terminal Use Agreements, Nominations and Scheduling activities under such agreements will be considered favourably.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications, good analytical skills and is meticulous in processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A keen learner with the ability to grasp and apply concepts effectively in the area of Commercial Operations.
