We are looking for a meticulous individual with strong numerical skills to join a reputable shipping firm as a Tax Executive. The ideal candidate should be well conversant in Transfer Pricing regulations and strong in stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Review and coordinate transfer pricing documentation with external advisors.

·        Work with internal teams and tax agents to ensure timely tax filings.

·        Support corporate income tax and withholding tax compliance.

·        Prepare related party transaction forms and address tax queries.

·        Assist in projects involving cross-border transactions and M&A.

·        Prepare Singapore Related Party Transaction Form.

Key Requirements:

·        Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field.

·        SIATP/ISCA qualification preferred.

·        Minimum 2 years’ tax experience, with knowledge of transfer pricing, corporate tax, GST, and withholding tax.

·        Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills.

·        Experience with ERP (SAP) and shipping industry background is an advantage.
