Our client is a well established real estate developer with strong presence in APAC region. They are actively hiring for a Marketing Manager to support them in real estate marketing strategies for residential and mixed-use projects.
Responsibilities
· Formulate and implement real estate sales plans to achieve sales and cash collection targets; analyze market demand and competition; develop sales rhythm, pricing, and channel strategies; monitor execution and key sales KPIs.
· Lead marketing strategy and campaigns, including advertising, events, and customer engagement; oversee sales materials, showrooms, and exhibition areas; coordinate with external agencies to enhance brand presence.
· Manage client relationships and key accounts; expand and maintain agent/distributor networks and online sales channels; build CRM systems and conduct customer data analysis for targeted marketing.
· Collaborate with investment, design, engineering, and cost teams to ensure market alignment of products; provide management with market analysis and strategic sales input for decision-making.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Real Estate or related discipline
· Strong knowledge of real estate sales regulations, marketing strategies, and CRM systems, with experience in residential and mixed-use projects.
· Minimally 8 years of relevant experience in real estate sales and marketing, with 3 years in managerial capacity
· Strong market analysis, planning, and execution skills; able to independently design and deliver marketing campaigns.
· Experience with overseas real estate projects or high-end residential/mixed-use marketing is a plus.
· Proven leadership track record and excellent negotiation skills
