Our client, a renowned real estate developer firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a Procurement Quantity Surveyor
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Business Units to understand sourcing requirements and provide timely procurement support.
- Review submissions and work from external consultants, such as M&E Engineers and Quantity Surveyors.
- Manage the preparation of tender documents, cost estimates, and contract administration for development and procurement projects.
- Source, assess, and recommend new contractors or suppliers based on a structured qualification and selection process.
- Provide cost analysis and estimates to support business decision-making.
- Track market trends that may affect material and service availability, pricing, or procurement strategies.
- Support contract reviews and negotiations, and help maintain contract documentation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E/Quantity Surveying, building, or supply chain-related procurement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Resourceful, independent, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS Office and SAP is preferred.
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: Depending on project (HQ / South / North)
- Working hours: 5 Days
- Salary: up to S$5,800 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
