Our client is a well established Real Estate Developer with strong APAC and EMEA market presence. They are currently hiring for a dynamic Contracts & Tender Manager to join them.
Responsibilities
· Manage and control project cost targets, establish dynamic monitoring systems; review budgets, expenditure, and settlement reports; propose cost optimization strategies and provide regular variance analysis.
· Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance and risk control; maintain contract archives, monitor execution, and manage disputes, claims, and variations.
· Organize tendering and procurement processes, prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and recommend awards; manage supplier evaluation and ensure compliance and efficiency in procurement.
· Collaborate with design, engineering, operation, and finance teams to ensure efficient commercial management; contribute cost and contract inputs for investment decision-making.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction/Contracts Management, Legal or related disciplines.
· Minimally 8 years of experience in commercial management within real estate development, construction, or large engineering firms, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
· Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills, able to handle cross-functional and external commercial issues.
· Solid knowledge of cost control, contract management, and tendering procedures in real estate and urban development projects; familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
· Experience with international commercial practices and large EPC/PPP projects is a strong plus.
· Strong analytical, risk awareness, and execution skills, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
