Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product inquiries
• Operate POS, handle payments, and process returns or exchanges
• Restock shelves and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Support sales through product knowledge and upselling
• Work as part of a team and follow health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic math ability for handling transactions
• Friendly, reliable, and approachable attitude
• Able to work retail hours including weekends and holidays.
