Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial operations for existing LNG projects and newbuildings across pre- and post-delivery phases.
• Review and support key contracts (time charterparties, shipbuilding agreements), ensuring governance and compliance.
• Oversee financials at project level, including OPEX control, cash flow, and waterfall management.
• Handle commercial disputes and safeguard owners’ interests.
• Build and maintain relationships with charterers, sellers, buyers, and potential partners; lead stakeholder meetings.
• Support marketing of LNG tonnage and contribute to new business development.
• Conduct market research to track trends, competition, and emerging opportunities in LNG shipping.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree, or Equivalent.
• Possesses a good understanding of LNG carrier operations, chatering agreements, and shipbuilding contracts, with relevant working experience in either LNG, LPG or Oil industry
• Familiar with OPEX tracking, budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow (e.g., cash waterfall)
• Strong written and verbal skills; able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to travel as needed.
