Creative Production Manager (Ref: 00185)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end creative and physical productions across campaigns, digital content, pop-ups, and collaboration
  • Manage all production logistics including shoots, locations, casting, permits, and crew coordination
  • Execute retail activations, events, and pop-ups by sourcing vendors, negotiating contracts, and overseeing builds
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align brand vision with execution across channels
  • Oversee contracts, budgets, vendor relationships, and legal compliance for all projects
  • Support collaboration and consignment projects from sample flow to content delivery
  • Track post-production timelines, QC assets, and ensure timely delivery to channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Fashion Production, Marketing, or related field with 8 years of experience

  • Proven in managing digital and physical productions, including pop-ups and shoots

  • Strong in vendor management, contracts, budgeting, and legal production knowledge

  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proficient in tools like Airtable, Trello, and StudioBinder

  • Willing to support night or overseas shoots; agency support available for international work
