Job Title: Account Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage and grow client relationships for our CRM solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, deliver tailored solutions, and drive long-term value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients using our CRM platform
  • Build strong relationships and act as the main point of contact
  • Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
  • Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts
  • Present insights and solutions clearly to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of account management experience, preferably in CRM, loyalty, or B2B marketing
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a bonus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
