Meat Specialist
Requirements:
1 year of relevant experience in meat handling or related field
Experience using Knives, Mincer, Slicer and related machine for food packaging.
Able to read and interpret product labels
Strong knowledge of meat preparation, handling techniques, and food safety standards
Rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM
Different outlets may differ in operating hours by 30mins to 1hrs
6-day work week, inclusive of weekends and public holidays
