Meat Specialist

 

Requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in meat handling or related field

  • Experience using Knives, Mincer, Slicer and related machine for food packaging.

  • Able to read and interpret product labels

  • Strong knowledge of meat preparation, handling techniques, and food safety standards

  • Rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays


Work Schedule:

  • Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM

  • Different outlets may differ in operating hours by 30mins to 1hrs

  • 6-day work week, inclusive of weekends and public holidays
