What You’ll Experience:
Phase 1: Retail Foundations

• Sales floor operations, customer service & store presentation

• Inventory & stockroom management

• Product knowledge, promotions & sales performance tracking

• Learning from experienced mentors through on-the-job training

Phase 2: Leadership Acceleration

• Lead & coach retail teams

• Drive store sales targets

• Handle store operations, staff scheduling & training

• Present business performance updates to senior management

Career Progression Path:
Customer Service Executive → Supervisor → Assistant Shop Manager → Shop Manager (within ~2 years, performance-based)
