We are seeking an organised and proactive Admin Executive to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the management team and internal staff. The role involves ensuring smooth daily office operations, managing communication channels, and maintaining an efficient and pleasant work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and staff.

·        Oversee office facilities, reception, meeting rooms, and pantry supplies.

·        Handle calls, emails, and visitors professionally.

·        Maintain filing systems and internal contact lists.

·        Coordinate travel, accommodation, and visa arrangements.

·        Support company events, meetings, and vendor coordination.

·        Manage insurance renewals, claims, and basic expense processing.

·        Handle confidential information and perform other ad-hoc tasks.

 

Key Requirements:

·        Diploma in any discipline with 3–4 years of relevant experience.

·        Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office.

·        Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently in a dynamic setting.
