Responsibillities

• Join our 2-year Management Trainee Programme to become a Shop Manager through structured retail training.
• Progress through roles from Customer Service Executive to Shop Manager with hands-on and leadership exposure.
• Learn sales, customer service, inventory, people management, and store operations.
• Includes quarterly presentations, team coaching, and sales performance management.

Requirements

• Degree holders
• Training provided
• Able to work retail hours (10am–10pm or 11am–10pm), 4.5 days/week
• Willing to travel across outlets in Singapore when required
• Presentable and sales-driven
