Our client is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee post-fixture activities for CPP tanker vessels. This role ensures smooth voyage execution, regulatory compliance, and strong coordination with stakeholders across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Manage all post-fixture operations of CPP tankers, including port calls, loading/discharge, bunkering, and voyage monitoring.

·       Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

·       Handle voyage documentation with accuracy and compliance.

·       Monitor voyage progress, address operational issues, and support claims handling.

·       Ensure HSSE and regulatory standards are adhered to at all times.

·       Collaborate with internal teams to provide operational support and strengthen client relationships.

Key Requirements:

·       Diploma in Maritime Studies or related discipline.

·       3 years’ experience in CPP tanker operations.

·       Knowledge of clean petroleum cargo handling and voyage charter parties.

·       Strong communication and coordination skills, able to manage global stakeholders across time zones.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of maritime platforms is a plus.

·       Seafaring experience or background in chemical/CPP tankers is an advantage.

·       Ability to work independently, under pressure, and in a fast-paced environment.
