Our client, a renowned main contractor firm, has an opportunity for a Winner to join the Team as a M&E Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Develop and implement basic construction plans in collaboration with related departments.

·         Identify risks and resolve issues early in the construction phase through assessments and corrective actions.

  • Lead the development and deployment of construction technologies to improve productivity.
  • Promote construction front-loading by integrating production and productivity data into design drawings.
  • Conduct root cause analyses of site issues and establish recurrence prevention measures.
  • Guide and train partner companies to enhance technical capabilities and align with company philosophy.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
  • Formulate project schedules with key milestones (e.g., Power Turn On, Water Turn On, Equipment Delivery).
  • Oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C) strategies and conduct quality audits.
  • Implement quality control frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements.
  • Manage MEP contracts and ensure effective cost, time, and resource optimization.
  • Work closely with BIM and Design Teams to coordinate M&E services.
  • Foster teamwork across site project teams through resource allocation and team development initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related field).

·         Solid experience in MEP construction planning, equipment installation, and project execution.

·         Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction technologies, and quality/safety standards.

·         Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and coordinate with consultants/contractors.

·         Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

·         Commercial awareness with a focus on cost, quality, and productivity.

 

OTHER INFORMATION:

·         Location: East

·         Working hours: 5 Days

·         Salary: up to S$7,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
